Simply Grateful

In this season, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I am overwhelmed by the work the Lord has done in my life, in the ways he has comforted me, the provision he set before me, and the wisdom he allows me to access. I am in awe of you Jesus. I am in love with you. I am devoted to you.

I’m blown away that the big life I thought I wanted isn’t big enough. I’m blown away at the opportunities you have allowed me to steward. The rooms you have allowed me to enter. The people you have entrusted with me.

I’m simply blown away. Thank you for trusting me even when I find it so hard to trust you. For being so invested in who I am to be patient and kind with me. For teaching me how to love myself more and more by the day. For rejoicing in the way you created me.

I pray that I never lose sight of your good work. I pray I never believe it was me who got me here.

I pray that I steward the things you put in front of me to the best of my ability.

Never leave me, lord. Have mercy on me in my constant transition. Be near me and in me as I commit to your will. I just want people to experience you because you are the best part of my life. You are the kindest friend. The best provider. The wisest counsel. I am amazed by the path you are forging with me.

Oh lord, teach me how to dance in fear. Teach me how to seek in discomfort. Let this time be a shifting of tides in any place it is required. I pray that in your presence I am renewed and clear on what you have for me. I pray that I will be on a mission for you - feeling empowered to do whatever you ask of me. I pray for resistance to any attack.
